Want your favourite photo turned into an A3 Glossy Wooden Jigsaw Puzzle??

Sharing Yesterday Together can turn your photo into a beautiful glossy jigsaw puzzle perfect for gifts by completing the following process.

How your puzzle comes to life.

1. Print your photo (min 8 megapixel) onto (A3 Glossy Photo Paper).
2. Print an A4 photo and laminate (puzzle guide).
3. Spray a gloss sealer onto A3 photo and allow to dry.(20 min).
4. Coat A3 6mm MDF with modified PVA glue.
5. Stick A3 glossy photo onto 6mm MDF and allow to dry (overnight).
6. Once dry trim edges of A3 photo board with razor blade.
7. Using scroll saw cut a border from the board and leave aside.
8. Continue cutting the left over board into desired pieces (2,4,8,16).
9. Sand reverse side of border and pieces with mouse sander.
10. Using unmodified PVA glue stick the border onto A3 3mm MDF.
11. Clamp border and 3mm MDF and leave to dry to create puzzle and tray(overnight).
12. Once dry sand all sides and edges of puzzle tray.
13. Use air compressor to blow clear any dust or residue.
14. Use pieces to complete puzzle and insert into A3 plastic wallet.
15. Insert A4 laminated photo into wallet.
16. Deliver puzzle to you.
